Do gluten and sugar influence a child's behavior? Should you be trying to reduce them?

The two foods that seem to cause the most controversy when it comes to kids and behavior are gluten and sugar (they're not really foods at all, but I think you know what I'm talking about).

You'll come across a lot of different opinions, studies, ideas about whether it's worth taking gluten and sugar out and, if you choose to remove them you'll run into many people who think you're depriving your kids of a happy childhood by depriving them of these.

In our Roadmap I help parents reduce gluten and sugar and replace them with whole food alternatives. Why? For the 2 very simple reasons that I explain in this video.
